Action Affirmative Plan
The Federation of Small Businesses has published an action plan to encourage the government to address the problem of businesses crime. This ten point action plan is entitled "The Forgotten Fifth", referring to statistics which indicate that 20% of crime is committed against business. In the small business community, frequent victims of crime are vulnerable to crippling losses and even possible closure. This action plan is designed to raise awareness of the problem and to make recommendations as to how it should be addressed.

Dr. Gollwitzer, Professor of Psychology at New York University has conducted several studies that show the benefits of making specific plans that outline WHEN, WHERE, and HOW to perform an action.

While you may put more thought than this into your precious vacation, you may not be so strategic when it comes to planning and designing your fitness program. - Take both the asthma action plan and the asthma diary when you see your doctor. Get answers to any questions you may have about your asthma plan or your symptoms. Let your doctor know if treatment is not controlling your asthma attacks.
- Take your peak flow meter and medicines so your doctor can review your treatment.
- Make sure you know how and when to call your doctor or go to the hospital.
- Tell your doctor if you are having trouble following your action plan.
